GREAT TO DEAL WITH, good prices and if you want it cut  you have to arrive before 4.30 pm as they close at 5 pm. sometimes you have to go back the next day i’ve dealt with them 2 times over the years they are better now, very helpful and professional, ignore old low feedback it’s now connected to a large company in glasgow. and computer cutting machine

The pieces I ordered didn't match the specification. However, even though I just needed something small for a hobby, the manager treated the issue with the highest professionalism, and more than rectified the issue.

I needed particular pieces for my jewellery course and after discussing it with Dan a decision was made and they sorted out exactly what I needed. Pieces turned around within 24 hours.
